Hey! I lost my old simcard. I got a new phone and I want to order a new simcard. However, I can’t login without receiving a verification code (sent to my old simcard, that’s lost)...
How can I solve this?
(ps: im not in Europe and I don’t have a sim card so i can’t call and I can’t go to a store...) thanks!

Hey @psilvacheinquer, I understand very well that you want to be able to log in and I am happy to give you more clarity! You can log in once via iDIN (bank verification). This looks like this:
Once logged in, you can change the 2FA method for yourself.
Is your current SIM card already blocked? If not, I can arrange this for you as soon as possible. If the login doesn't work, I can also order a new SIM card for you. Good to know: you can expect this card within 3 working days at your home address. The activation can be done via your My Odido account.
Can you enter your full name, phone number, zip code + house number, date of birth and the last 4 digits of your known bank account number in your profile and let me know when you have done this? Then I can check with you right after that!

Thank you for your quick reply. Unfortunately, I don't see the option “kan je op dit nummer geen SMS ontvangen?” neither on the app nor on the website… I’m not sure where to get this option. It only shows ‘geen code gekregen’ and nothing more.
That being said, I would be very grateful if you could order a new SIM card for me.
I’d be happy to send you the information you asked for but I’d rather not give my full name and address publicly online. Is there any way I can send it to you/Odido privately? :)

Will you be staying abroad for a longer time? And is there anyone at home who can send you the sim card? We can only send it to your home address. If you will stay abroad for a longer time, and no one can forward you the sim card, it’s best to buy a local sim card for the remaining time there.
Do you have a phone that supports eSIM? We can try that too. If you fill in the information (full name, 06-number, date of birth, zip code, house number and the last 4 digits of your IBAN), we must do 1 extra check before we can order an eSIM. After receiving that in the mail, you can login to Mijn Odido via iDIN verification one time only to download and activate the new sim card.
