Returning of the equipment after cancelling the contract

Hi there, I have confirmed my confirmation with Odido (Internet). In the email, it is mentioned that i will need to return the equipment. However, I need to move soon (much earlier before the subscription ends) so I need to get the detailed instructions about the returning the equipment. What exactly should I return? Glasvezelmodem? Router? Could you provide the detailed list so that I can carry the necessary devices with me and return them later.

Welcome to our community, exciting times ahead with your upcoming move! 🏡 I totally understand you want to be well-prepared, so let me help you with the return instructions.

You can return your equipment to us for free via any DHL ServicePoint. Just bring the package, and they will print a return label for you on the spot, super easy! You can find all the return details, including what to send back, on our Community page: 

 

What do you need to return? That depends a bit on the equipment you received:

  • Modem:
    If you have a Zyxel T-50, T-54, or T-56, we’d like to receive it back.
    If it’s a Huawei, Draytek 2132, or Draytek 2130, then you don’t need to return it, unless your email says otherwise.

  • TV Box / Media Box:
    We’d also like to get the Media Box, Amino Aria 610 or Amino Aria 7X back, if you have one.

  • Other devices:
    Any additional equipment you may have depends on the services you’ve used, you can check the complete list on the Community link above.

Once DHL has scanned your package, the tracking info will show it’s on its way. Just keep in mind that it might take up to 6 days for the return to be processed in our system after delivery. Please be sure to hold on to your proof of shipment, just in case we need to track it later.

Hi, I do not have the Qr code. I went to a DHL office and they claimed they did not know what to do with my package
