Odido Internet subscription is not visible in odido portal

Hello Odido team,

 

I have two odido subscriptions on my account and address - Mobile and Internet + TV

However, I am not able to view my internet subscription details in my odido portal - only mobile info is available. And I can’t add existing Internet subscription - option doesn’t seem to work.

What should I do to fix it?

Once you have a new mobile Odido subscription, it should work to link both subscriptions. But I can imagine that you don't want this. The other option to see your internet subscription, is by changing your email address to something else to use for the internet subscription. This way you will have different logins for both subscriptions. You can make a new Mijn Odido account here: Mijn Odido registreren. Hopefully this works for you and you will be able to see your internet subscription!

After address update in Mijn Odido I was able to see my subscription, thank you so much for your help!
