Hello,

On my Odido account I can't add my internet home signature. It shows that my adress is wrong. But the adress is correct.

 

I wanted to cancel my Internet through the website but I'm not able.

 

I'm going to move aboard and I need to cancel it.

 

Can you help me, please?

Hi Sofia, congratulations on moving house, that's an amazing step and a really nice adventure ahead of you! 

In order to cancel a contract that's within an annual term, you need to show a proof of relocation. Can you post the required document in this topic, please? You may blacken any personal info, of course. Once I've verified the document, I'll gladly cancel your subscription (with a one month notice). Thanks in advance!
