We can verify this by looking at if your initials, date of birth, zip code, and house number all match. Can you send me the 06-number, name, date of birth, zip code, house number, and the last four digits of your bank account number in a private message? I will immediately look into it for you.

In case the accounts are registered in different names, connecting the accounts is not possible. You will have to register with two different e-mail addresses.
