broken router

Our internet router is broken after a power outage. It does not start.
We called the customer service today morning and they said they will come back to us but we did not hear anything. 
We need a solution for tomorrow morning as we work from home. Is there a way to solve this?

Have you checked another wall socket? Otherwise fill in the privé fields in your community profile so a moderator can send you a new one.

Hello ​@Waqqas,

we tried in different sockets but it does not even turn on.

We filled the details in prive fields.  Do you know how long it can take to get a new one?

Once a moderator orders a new router for you, it can take up to 5 working days for the router to be delivered to you.
