For a few hours we have no internet on wifi.

Lights are on, we are able to connect to wifi but it says “connected, no internet”

We have tried turning off router and on again.

In case of Fiber can you also remove the power for a bit on the mediaconverter? Also which lights are on, off or blinking on the mediaconverter?

Make sure the UTP from the mediaconverter is going to the WAN port of your router.

You can also log in into your My T-Mobile account and check under storingen to see if there is an issue.
