I made an order for the internet subscription on 24th October.

I got an e-mail with invoice and order number >mod edit: gegevens verwijderd].

However, after that, I got no response, and my subscription should start from today.

I cannot find anything on MyOdido, and I requested new subscription but it was automatically cancelled.

What should I do?
