Cancel odido klik en klaar & refund money


Hi Team,

We placed cancellation request for odido klik en klaar package (order number: 500466952) in April through odido store (Bijlmerplien, Amsterdam). Your employee named Rishad helped us with the cancellation and told that we would get the mail in 3 days. It has been more than couple of weeks and still we have not any mail. Also, we dropped the devices at the store with him (Rishad) as we will not be in Amsterdam for a month. Please look into the matter and resolve it. I raised the complaint in this community forum last week and the post is deleted by odido. Please don’t take it down without addressing the problem. You can contact ke on my email ID, if needed.

It's good of you to bring this up. However, cancellations can be made either through Mijn Odido or by phone: 0800 0092. Items should not be left behind in the shop; they should be returned using the QR code. I checked the system and see that Rishad only performed a SIM swap on 10 April. I also see that several colleagues tried to cancel the subscription, but failed. Cancellations must be made through our Save Desk; for this, you need to call our customer service. They will need to investigate further. Please feel free to let me know if I can help you with anything else!

@Tommie van Odido : We called at the given number multiple times. Also, in front of Rishad. We were told that we would get cancellation mail within 3 days with a qr code but we never got any mail. After that also, we visited the shop multiple times but nothing worked. But Rishad prmosed that he’ll makesure that cancellation & refund happens. That’s when we had to drop the box at the shop because we were going to travel for a month. Could you check with him and confirm the cancellation. He can testify everything.

@Ishana van Odido Hi Ishana, As I am out of Netherlands for few weeks. I tried to do cancellation again through odido app as well. Like earlier, it did not allow to do that and gave an error (snapshot attached). I’ll try to call again on the number mentioned by you when I am back in June. In the meantime, if possible, it would be helpful if you could put details of this mail chain in company’s records so that it is refer to it later.
