How can I pay my invoice?

Hi,

So I don't live in NL anymore, my mobile subscription with you expired on 06 March, I don't have anything left in NL, including any bank account.

I cannot login to the portal as MFA is enabled and the SIM is not active anymore (food for thought, it would make sense for Odido to handle this in a smarter way).

Anyway, I received yesterday an invoice for 2.47€, which I cannot see (what is it for?), nor pay…

Any support would be appreciated.

Its most probably your final invoice with additional costs.

Are you in the EU or outside the EU?

Would you rather transfer the money manually? You can do so to the payment account NL03 COBA 0733 959 717 in the name of Odido. Please note: state your Odido customer number in the description.
