lost phone. i need to block the sim

I lost my phone in Brazil. I can't access my email. I can't access my "my odido" account. Can someone please help me deactivate the Sim card?

Hello ​@Seandebutler, welcome to our Community! How nice that you are in Brazil, are you enjoying yourself there? Not so nice that your device was lost. I understand very well that you want to block your SIM card as soon as possible, I will be happy to help you with that! 

In order to do this for you, I am missing some information in your profile. Can you provide your full name, postal code + house number and the last 4 digits of your bank account number in your profile? Then I will start working for you immediately! 

I can also order a new SIM card for you free of charge. You can expect this card at your home address within 3 working days. Would you like that? Are you currently still in Brazil and staying there for a long time? Or are you coming back soon? Otherwise, I can order it for you when you get back. Or you can also drop by one of our stores, where my colleagues will immediately help you pair and activate a new SIM card.
