Hi, I need help with cancelling my contract (It ended in April 2025 but subscription is still debited). I moved away and can not contact the customer service line. What should I do?

Sorry to hear that there has been another debit, this will probably be a final bill.
Just to be sure, please enter all your community profile information, so my colleagues can take a look at your account.
If this does not work, you can always contact the Odido customer service via 0800-0092 from the Netherlands. Calling from abroad? Then you can call +316-24001200.
