I need to cancel the contract


Hi, I need help with cancelling my contract (It ended in April 2025 but subscription is still debited). I moved away and can not contact the customer service line. What should I do?

Sorry to hear that there has been another debit, this will probably be a final bill.

Just to be sure, please enter all your community profile information, so my colleagues can take a look at your account.

If this does not work, you can always contact the Odido customer service via 0800-0092 from the Netherlands. Calling from abroad? Then you can call +316-24001200.

Hopefully you will get an answer to your question soon!

Dear Duncan, thank you for your reply. All required info in my profile, so please forward my case to your colleague to cancel the contract as it is barely possible for me to call  (as i remember how loooooooong it takes to call to the customer service - and it is tooo expensive to call from abroad).
