Hi, I have a question related to the end of the SIM card contract.
I bought my phone with installment 2 years from MediaMarkt on April 2023, and they only have option to buy with sim card from Odido. Since the contract will end on next month (April 2025), do I have to cancel the subscription with my sim card by myself or it will be automatically stopped?

It is even easier. After paying off the phone (24 periods) the subscription will automatically become a sim only. It will also continue to work against only the costs for the speech and databundle. If you would like to renew against a different priceplan (lower or more speech /data) you can do that already in your Odido app or via the customer care on 0800-0092. Even a new contract with a new phone is possible.

I would like to cancel the sim immedially after the contract end since I’m not living in the Netherlands anymore. And I don’t know why but for my Odido account, I can not check for my past payment or even the contract. And I can not call Odido from aboard as well.
Do you know any way that I can cancel my sim card other than call them?

Via the phone, from abroad you call: +316-24001200
Via a letter:

Adres, postcode en woonplaats
Telefoonnummer
Klantnummer (vind je in Mijn Odido)

Betaalrekening waarmee je je abonnement betaalt
Datum waarop je je abonnement opzegt (wel even rekening houden met je opzegtermijn voor Odido)
Welke diensten je wil opzeggen
De reden dat je opzegt
Stuur je brief naar: Odido Service, Postbus 16272, 2500 BG, Den Haag. Handig: verstuur de brief als aangetekende brief. Zo weet je zeker dat we 'm krijgen.
