I want to cancel my mobile subscription as i moved abroad


Hi,

I bought a mobile with Odido subscription with a 1 year plan.
But unfortunately I had to move back to my home country because my project ended in the Netherlands. So, I am planning to end/cancel my subscription next month 
I can't find any details in the website. I could not call to service number as i already moved out of Netherlands.

Can anyone help on this.

Hello ​@Saiesh_Ganji welcome to our Community! It's understandable that you want to cancel your subscription, since you have moved abroad. I will gladly help you with this! 

I have checked your subscription and I see that you are still under contract until 25-8-2025. With a buyout, you pay 50% of the monthly costs for the remaining months and the device credit you still have open (if you have one). Now I see that you have a Sim Only subscription. 

The earliest I can discontinue this for you is 6/4/25 due to one month's notice. I immediately made the calculation for you and the buyout amount is € 33,52. I just need to do an additional verification to make sure you are the right person. I have just sent a verification code by SMS to your number. Could you share it with me and agree on the buyout amount? Then I'll take care of it right after that!

Can you let me know how this amount will be deducted?
Will it auto deduct from my bank account?

1 more Q, from what date sim will not work if you cancel on 6th Apr 2025.
