I would like to cancel subscription

Hello . I would like to cancel my subscription. I would like to inform that I never activated the number and I don’t even have a SIM card anymore  because I’m using other operator for years and took the phone with subscription together but the contract ended and I would like to stop subscription.
I can’t  cancel it by myself as I don’t have the account by my odido because of that number which never got activated and can’t receive some kind of digits  to link the account with number  . 
could you  cancel it for me ,please?

Hi Sindija, welcome to our Community! I'm happy to help you cancel your subscription. Please fill in the following in your profile: full name, 06-number, date of birth, zip code + house number and the last 4 digits of your IBAN. What do you mean by you never activated the number? Do you have 2 subscriptions? You should have 1 subscription and there should be 1 Mijn Odido account linked to your e-mail address. If there are more than 1 subscriptions, please let me know which one (or both?) you want to cancel. Please note that you will always have 1 month notice period. If I cancel your subscription today, your subscription will run until the 4th of April. Please let me know if you filled in your profile, and I will work on it for you! 😄
