My sim card has been blocked due to the pending billing, and I want to cancel the subscription

Hi, 

I recently moved back to my home country and forgot to cancel my subscription with Odido. It's been over six months, and although my bank account had a balance, I've been paying for an unused subscription. I just discovered that my SIM card is blocked due to an unpaid bill, and I cannot log into my Odido account to access necessary information since I am unable to receive the OTP SMS.

I would appreciate your assistance in settling all pending bills and canceling my subscription at your earliest convenience.

Hello ​@Pavineenn Thanks for sharing your details! I posted them in your profile and removed the data in your comment. Please do not post private information publicly. If you list them in your profile, then only you and we can see it. 

I immediately looked at your subscription and I see that you have now paid all outstanding invoices, thank you! Your subscription ran until 1-1-2025. The earliest I can stop it for you is 28/02/25 due to one month's notice. 

To make this happen for you, I just need to do an additional verification to make sure you are the right person. I have just sent a verification code to your number by text message. If you can share it with me, I'll go ahead and set up the cancellation for you!

Sorry to hear about the payments for an unused subscription, I'm happy to look into it for you, but chances are that I can't disregard the open amount. Please fill in your 06-number, zip code + house number, date of birth and the last 4 digits of your IBAN, and I'm happy to cancel your subscription as soon as possible! 😄

@Pharwin van Odido  Hi, I thought this all has been solved…. I didn’t carefully read til the end. Unfortunately, I couldn’t access my old number anymore (actually since almost a year back and I havee been paying it til now so crappy annoying tbh.) Please suggest what can I do? Is this payment going to be in my life forever or what :(

Hello ​@Pavineenn, I had not heard any more response from you, hence the subscription was not cancelled from this side. Had you contacted a colleague, for example by telephone? Was your subscription still cancelled?

I would be happy to find out for you! Can you enter your full name, phone number, zip code + house number, date of birth and the last 4 digits of your known bank account number in your profile and let me know when you have done this? Then I can check with you right after that!

Good to know: we can no longer process cancellations from this side. If you want to cancel, you can do so by phone by calling: 0800-0092 or via our online contact form.
