Hello. I would like to quit the subscription of odido, because I no longer live in the Netherlands.
I tried to do it by myself, but it was not easy because I have to receive the SMS to log into account.
Could you please help me to cancel it?

Hello @hihihi00, very understandable that you want to cancel your subscription because you are abroad. I will be happy to help you with this! May the number expire or do you want to convert the subscription to a PrePaid connection? Is your subscription already out of contract? Then the earliest I can cancel it for you is 24/01/25 due to a month's notice. If you are still in contract, you have to buy off the subscription. You then pay 50% of the monthly costs for the remaining months and the device credit you still have open (if you have one). Also take into account one month's notice.
Could you please enter your full name, phone number, zip code + house number, date of birth and the last 4 digits of your bank account number in your profile? Then I can check with you! I will only need an additional verification after that to make sure you are the right person. For this, I will send a verification code to your number by text message. Once you can share the correct code, I can process the cancellation for you!
