I have a subscription for Mobile but I would like to change it to prepaid. So I bought a new prepaid sim card at a store and asked to keep my number (the one from my sim subscription).
I accidentally lost my subscription sim and my prepaid sim still use its own number, instead of the old one. Now, I cannot access MijnOdido because I cannot receive SMS for 2FA and my new sim uses the wrong number.
Please help!

Hi fwuttke, welcome to our Community! I'm not allowed to simply change the phone number for the 2FA settings. Please fill in your PrePaid number and correct the date of birth in your profile. It's not completely correct yet. I'm happy to look into the possibilities for you. Do you have one of our shops nearby? The best way to fix this is to get a new sim for your subscription, so you can receive the 2FA code again. Another option is to bring your ID, and to ask my colleagues to change 2FA for you. Please let me know if they could help you or if you filled in your profile! đ

Ok, I have filled in my PrePaid number (previously was the subscription one) and corrected date of birth in my profile.
I am currently abroad, so there is no shop nearby that I can go to fix this.
Before my travel I did go to a shop and asked to cancel my subscription and change the number of the PrePaid to the one of my subscription. So I imagine that at some point, the sim I have (PrePaid) will change its number. But until then, I have no access to MijnOdido and my number is in limbo.

Good morning, thank you for filling in your profile! I see that number porting is set for the 19th of December. But being abroad when you've lost your sim card is difficult in terms of verification . But no worries, I have an idea. I just sent you an e-mail that you can reply to with a copy of your ID. Please let me know if you've done this. Please also register the PrePaid to your name, zipcode + house number and date of birth. If I can verify this PrePaid on your name, I can change 2FA to the PrePaid number.
