I have my account block (I think) and everything is been paid. Could you help me?


Hi, I am in Spain, due to late payments, My account is being blocked, I think, as I am no able to use the data or to call anyone.

those payments have been made yesterday, but the account is still not working. I have a trip to Madrid now and I need the internet to work.

those late payments have occurred as I am no longer using the account that was linked, and due to work and much more things that are mainly on my head, I didn’t thought about change it.

Hi Jose, I hope you're having a great in Spain! I completely understand that you need internet to work, and I'm happy to help you with this. I see that you've talked to my colleague yesterday. Does it work again for you? If not, please restart your phone, manually select one of these networks: XFera, Orange, Telefonica or Vodafone. If it still doesn't work, please try to reset your network settings. You can do this in the settings on your phone: Settings > Mobile network > Mobile Data. Also check if roaming is turned on on your device. If this all doesn't work, please fill in the following information in your profile: your full name, 06-number (there is a typo in there right now), and the last 4 digits of your IBAN (the ones in your profile don’t match with the ones we have in our system). Please let me know if your internet is working again or if you filled in your profile. I'm happy to look into it more!

Is everything in your Odido account marked as paid now, so no open invoices? Also fill in all the privé fields in your community profile so a moderator can have a look.
