No any connection abroad (in EU)

Hi! 

I don't have any! connection when I travel abroad (not even SMS, so I can't login to my odido account..)

I tried multiple solutions (reset networks settings, manually create new connection - didn't help)

I thought that it could be because my phone was not from Netherlands, so I bought a new one here. Now I on vacation in Greece and again - no connection at all.

My wife has same tariff but she has iphone - all works as it should be (except the fact that she has Iphone and I have Samsung)

Not sure what to do, will appreciate any recommendations.

Yes, indeed, surprisingly I had a blockage for roaming without reason, so now everything works great.

Hello @Konsalvi 

Do you maybe have a open invoice or a betalingsregeling? Than you have a barring for use outside NL.

Hi @Waqqas 

No, all my invoices are paid by direct debit and I'm 100% sure all are paid on time. Last one was paid on 16th of August.
