Yesterday I ordered unlimited basic package. Mobile data connection is cutting out exactly every 14 minutes. The internet is unusable for about a minute and it will happen again in 14 minutes.

Do you have this problem only at 1 location or also when you are somewhere else?
Maybe try inserting the sim in another phone and another sim in your phone to see what's causing the problem.
If you need a new sim you can order a new one in your Odido account.
