Zyxel DX5401-B1 crashes and reboots every day

Hi,

Can you tell ne if this is a problem with the firmware version? If so can you please fix this?

I have already filled private fields. When Can I expect this fix?

And does it really fix this?

Once a moderator replies here, you will be put onto a list of people for which the downgrade needs to be done.for previous people who got a downgrade the problem was fixed.

The person in charge of downgrades was not present, so I decided to send a new T-54. This one does not have the problem. You will receive the modem in a few days, after that would you please give me a feedback whether everything is working properly? Thanks in advance!

Yes, just connect the power cable and the internet cables.

Don't forget to return the old one.

Ok. How do I do the return of older one?

And by the way I got the same model. Don't they have a better newer model?

I have received the router and I installed it and it works good so far. 

Should I return the old router? If so how do I do it? please advice. I did not receive any email or instructions if I have to return the old router

The old router needs to be returned. If you have not received any info about returning the old one than just pack the router, add a note with your customer details, give it at a DHL point and mention that it needs to be returned to Odido Retouren.

ok, do I have to pay for this? what address or label I have to paste on the box?

You just need to mention that it needs to be returned to Odido and DHL will see their address in their system, they'll handle it.

Hi ​@husny92, I am happy to provide you with clarity about returning your equipment! The environment and sustainability are of paramount importance to Odido. That is why we do not send a return box, but fortunately you can easily get started yourself. Do we expect equipment back? Then get an old (shoe) box out of the closet or use the installation box from your new provider. You can also pick up a free box at a supermarket, for example. Enough possibilities, be creative!

We have sent you a QR code/label by e-mail. You can scan the label via your mobile phone at a DHL Parcel ServicePoint (Please note that returns at a DHLExpressServicePoint are not possible).

Can't scan the label via your mobile phone? Put a note in the box with your own address details on it. Indicate at the DHL ServicePoint (DHL Parcel) that the package should be sent to Odido. The ServicePoint can then send the package without a return number or QR code. You can enter your e-mail address at the DHL ServicePoint, then updates about the delivery will follow by e-mail. I received the qr code. It's about 8 days ago. Does it still wok now?

My 2nd question is should I return all the cables, wall mounts and charger too or only the router?

The QR code is specially made for you, it won't expire untill you send back the router.

Only the router and power cable is enough.

@Ishana van Odido  I have returned the device. But I couldn't print my name on it. But I have the receipt from dhl. Should I do any action?
