Dear Odido Customer Service,

I am writing to formally complain about the lack of service and the penalty charged after I ended my contract.

For over two months, I had no internet connection. Despite calling customer service around 30 times, nothing was done to resolve the issue. One of your representatives even suggested that I terminate the contract, which I eventually did after receiving no help.

Now I have received a penalty fee of over €300 for ending the contract. I find this completely unfair, as Odido failed to deliver the service I was paying for.

I kindly ask that this fee be waived and that my case be reviewed. I hope for a fair and prompt resolution.
