Hello, there was no internet when I went home this evening. The INTERNET light of the ZYXEL router was red constantly.

The internet was fine in this morning. The street was working on its sidewalk, could this be the cause?

Could you come to fix the problem soonest? The post code is 3064AW.

Hi ​all, I am sorry for the inconvenience. Yesterday there was an outage in Maarssen. We fixed this later in the evening. When you are still offline, please restart the modem to regain your internet connection!

For the people in this topic that are still offline or don't live in this city, please provide your Community profile with your full name, street name, postcode, house number, date of birth, your mobile number and the last four digits of your bankaccount. Also please let me know what the lights are doing exactly on your modem and ONT. Thanks!

Same here, started about an hour ago. Postcode 3605HL...

Same here, postcode 3607HB... Started round 20:00.

PON is off, LOS is blinking red.

The issue here wasn’t fixed so far.  

The GPON shows some problem. The PON is blinking which suggests a connection problem to your service. I think there is no hardware problem, but something was wrong at your side, e.g. the connection or recognization of my GPON was lost?

This is not the first time that this issue occurred. I am worried about the stability of your service station.. this could be a software problem? I already contacted the custom service and a technician will come soon. But I hope that this kind of issue could be noticed and won’t occur again and again.

Keep tracking the issue.

The problem was temporarily fixed after the complain. Some technician did something to the outside service station and fixed the problem.

But, the outside service station seems like a joke, since it stopped working from yesterday again!

The issue comes back every several days? This is not a 'pleasant’ service that I could appreciate. What a suffer...
