Hi everyone, I recently switched from Odido DSL to Odido fiber optic internet. My DSL connection worked well, but ever since moving to fiber, my internet has been very unstable. Sometimes it works fine, but often, especially in the evenings, it’s unreliable. I’m not entirely sure what’s causing the issue, but whenever I try to load a website, I see a loading spinner in my Chrome tab on a white screen for about 20-30 seconds before the page finally loads.
When I run a speed test, I sometimes get the correct speeds based on my plan, but even the speedtest.net site takes a long time to load and can be slow to complete the test. I’ve reached out to Odido customer support several times, but so far, they haven’t been able to provide a solution. Last time, they mentioned that other customers are experiencing similar issues and that they’re investigating it along with KPN.
Is anyone else dealing with this problem? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Since I mostly work from home, this has been a major challenge for me.
