Ridderkerk Fiber, Maintenance?


Hi! Internet is unstable tonight, I have to keep unplugging and reconnecting the fiber module. Never had this problem before, didn't find another way to report it

Hi! I just got up, sorry.

Since I woke up and turned my computer on 20 min ago it's been working. It worked after I reset the fiber modem (just the fiber part, not the router, which was functioning normally all the time as my local network was ok, including a few dozen smart home devices cameras etc).

I only opened this topic because it felt the network (outside) could be unstable, so you'd be aware of it.

I really appreciate your quick answer. 🤗
