No internet at home, noord holland

I live in zaandam and I'm out of internet for 30 minutes.

 

I've already restarted everything but it still won't work.

There doesnt seem to be an issue, according to the website.

I have a red "internet light" on the modem, and a blinking green connection light on the fiber box.

Hi ​@guideo, thank you for the information! I immediately did some measurements and I see that this should not happen anymore. I would like to hear if this is also the case on location. If this is not the case, I am curious how the lights of your modem and fiber box burn at the moment that it dropped. Thanks! Greetings, Ishana

Today again, this is becoming a real nuisance.

Then yesterday at 21:00

Now today at 09:30

 

Can anyone do something about it?

Hi ​@guideo, I will check this for you. Just to check, did you restart the modem and ONT? And which lights are burning exactly on the modem and the ONT? Can you describe them, if they are burning, which colour and if they are blinking or not? Thanks!

When this happens and before I restart, I have a red Internet Light on the modem and a green Connection on the fiber box. After restarting both, I still get a red Internet Light on the Modem, but then a blinking green connection light on the fiber box.

Hi ​@guideo, I checked it everywhere but there are no known outages, also not in the KPN domain. I can see that your modem is back online since yesterday. Will you please keep an eye on the connection and contact me when it drops? Check the lights in that case, this is important to know. Thank you!
