My Odido experience is full of problems since 11 days (I just became Odido 11 days ago). I made a fiber internet subscription and Odido call center told me that I will get it connected on 19th. Okay Super Fast How Nice(!) Then I immediately talked to Ziggo and canceled my Ziggo valid from 19th. I did not get any call or email in this regard during 11 days from Odido. I even went to the store if they will come and connect the internet and they said "Of course there is still a couple of days and do not worry about it". Today my Ziggo cancelled and nobody got in touch from Odido. I called them and they said "we are sorry but this is not the day yes we said this was but there is a mistake, the provider company will get in touch with you around this week, there is nothing we can do". Nothing you can do? because of what you told me, I took actions. I cancelled Ziggo, I became internetless (both me and my wife work from home) and nobody from the provider called us and Odido is just watching. No action nothing due to the position that you put me? If you cannot resolve the issue that you caused, then what can I do? You put me into a very hard position and taking no action? how nice right! If no quick solution, probably I will cancel all basket go back to Ziggo this week then.
