Hi @Fadi AC, of course! I can switch out the T-50 for you, no problem. The only thing is that the T-56 is not in stock at this moment and won't untill expected at the end of November. If you want to wait, please send a message in this topic at the end of November. What I can do at this point, is switch your T-50 for the T-54 model. This model has the same qualities as the T-56. Let me know!

They are still investigating it @Fadi AC, as the system indicates that no T-56 can be sent. If this is not resolved by weeks end, then I will send you a T-56 with a work-around.
Can I use this topic to also request exchange of older T-50 to newer T-56 (alternative T-54) router?
I see that on Zyxel web site as a products to pair with WX5600 mentioned 75 and 56 models.
Few days ago received new WX5600 Wi-Fi point and was struggling to connect it as part of mesh.
MPro Mesh app still don’t show the mesh network properly.
Previously I had one WAP6807 (had issues with it constantly freezing (lower LED stopped blinking and need to restart it very often)).
Then I ordered additional Wi-Fi point and received WX5600 + new WAP6807. I see in my order that now I need to return old WAP6807. Not sure why it was required from Odido to send new exactly same WAP6807 device.
In any case I just need one Wi-Fi point and I would prefer to have WX5600. So after my testing is done I would return all WAP6807 points.

Dear @Ishana van Odido and @Tommie van Odido please help me to understand which equipment I need to return. Because what I see in the my orders doesn’t make sense for me.
What I had before: T-50 router and one WAP6807 wi-fi point.
I had long standing issue with this wi-fi point (it was constantly freezing and I need to restart it), so I decided to try new one.
On Dec 1 I ordered one addition wi-fi point. I expected to get new model WX5600 and I saw it in the order. But here first strange thing happened. Instead of just sending to me one WX5600 I see and received in the order:
Product(s): 2 Wifipunten (Zyxel WX5600, Zyxel WAP6807)
Still to return: Wifipunt (Zyxel WAP6807)
Not clear why Odido need to send me new exactly same point and asked me to return previous one. I already send this old WAP6807 back on Friday. I tested that new WX5600 works much better but had issues with the mesh so asked (in the post above) for new router.
I received it and planned to leave T-56 router + WX5600 point and return WAP6807 which I received in the first order. Also I adjusted my internet speed to 1 Gb.
But to my surprise in today’s order for adjustment I see that I received:
Product(s): Internet subscription, Wifipunt (Zyxel WAP6807)
Still to return: Wifipunt (Zyxel WX5600)
This is a wi-fi point which I just received and planned to leave. I think it’s some kind of mistake and I should have old T-50 mentioned in the list to return.
Could you please clarify this? If I will send my old router with that label will it be the issue or I need to send what is mentioned in the order?

The only thing you have to send back is the old wifipoint (WX5600). The router (T-50) we do not expect back. Instead, we advise to bring the hardware to a recyclepoint in your neighborhood.

You’ve received the T-56 router, which goes together with the WX5600.
