chnage IPv4 and change DNS

Hello 

i have problem after i received my old smart home set 

problem start with Alexa echo show 8 and many electric tool, like fan heater curtain 

i have server connected with all this machines for history log

all work when i use my hotspot or take internet from my neighbour it’s (KPN)

but with odido can’t do all this because can’t even connect with the server

i contact amazon they say try use global dns 8.8.8.8 

i contact the Chinese app server they say first you must to check it by change your IPv4 and after try change DNS

I try by router press on release and wait but keep same ip 

i want help to change first ipv4 and check my problem if it’s fix

My ipv4 188.90.102.31

Your IPv4 address will only change when your router is offline for 48/72 hours or if there is maintenance on the Odido side.

The DNS servers can easily be changed by going to 192.168.1.1 in your browser and log in with admin and the Login Password behind your router. Go to the menu, netwerkinstellingen, thuisnetwerk, LAN configuratie, select statische DNS under DNS waarden, enter the addresses and click on toepassen. Restart your router after this.

    Thanks for replying 

    after i call the support they say can’t change the DNS 

    for ipv4 i can’t without internet all this time i try around 12H but still same ip 

    for DNS ja i do all this by lan and connected alexa by lan still same issue and when i change DNS in LAN option keep show me in system info the DNS it’s not changed 

    now only my solution with odido change my IPv4 to see if my tools will work again 

    it’s around 20 devices stop work in my house 😔 and all work when i connected by hotspot

    i try now use VPN it’s work 

    so first need to change IPv4 and check again
