Hello odido

how long to get answer by odido 

i call many times they say you must to make topic

i disconnect my router for 30h still same IP

i have around 20 devices stop not work waiting for a new IP

Allow me the clarify the response of ​@eric  and ​@Waqqas

There isn’t a way to manually change your IP address, since addresses are assigned dynamically via DHCP. While powering off your router for a while may result in a new IP, this isn’t guaranteed.

There is no policy for changing IP adresses. There were customers who connected a different router and than received a new IP.

Hello ​@lightc 

Having your router offline for 48 to 72 has a high possibility you get a new IP address but it's not guaranteed.
