Hello , this is the second time Iam buying a new IPhone from Odido and it has a problem , the first time I bought 13 pro max and it has a sound problem, and now I bought a new Iphone 16 pro max also has a problem with the system , it is shutting down by itself, I contacted the service and they refused to change it to me by a new one, and that is annoying me a lot , odido really has a very bad service , ut is just waisted people money for not good service , Iam a customer by odido since 6 years ago , my family also , I deserve a better response for my problem than just go and fix a new iphone I paid for it more than 1300 euro , it is verrrrry baaad , Iam not satisfied 

It is not that Odido sends out faulty phones by default. The phones come directe from the producer to the customer. In this case you bought an Apple phone which are normally a high standard, but do have as all electronic products sometimes a defect.

As you have FACTORY warranty, you can open a trouble report to Apple on their website and visit their stores. They can directly take a look and take action.

Of course, Odido as seller of an Apple product can also have you phone send to the formal repair shop. Than you need to fill in this form.
