A few weeks ago, I switched my pre-paid sim to a subscription with the same number. Since then, my dashboard page both on web and app does not show any information. How can I handle with it?

Hello @Yudai I think that there may be an issue with your account. I’m sure a T-Mobile moderator will be able to assist you resolving this issue. I expect they will get back to you after the weekend.

Hi @Yudai, welcome on our Community! Thanks voor mentioning this, I'll be happy to help you! You have to manually delete your old Pre-Paid subsciption in the app, because it's nog longer active. You can then add your current subscription to your My T-Mobile account by clicking on the button '’abonnement toevoegen'’ or in English '’add subscription'’. When you click on it, you will be asked for your phone number and an SMS with a verification code. If you enter this in your My T-Mobile account, your new subscription will me added and you can view all your data.

It worked somehow, but there are many issues on the system apparently.
