Same Speeds from Private Plans also for Business Ones

I was considering trying your service again, and I'd like the fallback to LTE feature you only make available in your Zakelijk Plans, but you only offer Zakelijk up to 1 Gbps here while a non Zakelijk Plan goes up to 8 Gbps.

How can I get a Business Contract with the automatic LTE Failover backup connection on the same speeds you already offer for my address to personal contracts? Shouldn't we have more choices as businesses, instead of less? When we use internet professionally, we actually might have reasons to have more speed available, specially for uploading.

KPN is coming in two months to my address. I might have to sign with them for a 4 Gbps contract, since they own their network and I was forced to cancel my previous contract with you because you can't make ODF fix problems quickly since you don't have access to their cabinets. I posted about it back then, something between 1 and 2 months without internet was terrible.

Any chance you can add higher speeds to your Zakelijk offerings or is it possible for someone from Odido to offer me a deal (and anybody else interested)?

Hi @fdamaral ,

On this forum you only talk with other customers about consumer products. The business products differ as you already noticed.

It is lickely that for the consumer wireless klik and klaar proposition, some business variant will come on the market. That you can use as backup for an Odido or even a KPN fiber.  But on this forum there is no information about these timelines.

Hi! Thanks for getting back to me!

I'd be ok with a consumer solution that has the automatic LTE fallback, so my smart home and my desktop computer are connected to the internet and I can control my thermostats, lights, check my security cameras etc.

I ended cancelling Odido in the past because ODF owns part of the structure and I didn't have proper internet for a long time (you can check my previous topics). The LTE Fallback built in the router would solve it since it would distribute the access to my probably more than 50 ~ 70 devices I have connected continuously.

I didn't remember you had a separate forum. Nice to know you might also work with KPN network. Maybe a new service that uses both fibers in parallel for more speed and resiliency would be nice, even if a bit more expensive (within reason LOL).

Let me know if you think of something and have a nice day.

It is not an automatic fallback solution.  It is a fixed wireless access solution, klik and klaar

You can also use it standalone or only route your internet trafffic through it when your primaire line is down.  Depending on the radio site locations speeds can be quite high, like 700 mbit,  bit in general they offer this with an average 300 mbit. It is easy to order with no setup costs and has only one month contract period.
