Due to fraud, an extensive identity check need to be performed. You can call the customer service tomorrow.

Easier is online. Why can't you check the T-Mobile account? There is a paswoord retrievel possibility.

Because I can't even access my T mobile account. The pages dead, and with customer support not working on Sunday, I am left without any solutions. So effed up.

Hoe kom ik aan m'n puk code

@Harold666 de pukcode staat op het plastic kaartje waar je de simkaart hebt uitgedrukt en in je my-tmobile omgeving als je inlogt via de website. 

@Harold666 Je kunt je pukcode terugvinden in je My T-Mobile account via de volgende link: https://www.t-mobile.nl/my/toestel-en-sim. Mocht dat niet lukken, laat het dan gerust weten - ik help je graag!
