Cannot link HBO Max extra to existing HBO account

Good morning,

Today I have switched to Unlimited Plus and got 3 punten to spend on extras.

I used 2 punten for HBO Max Standard and got the activation mail from Odido.

But I cannot link it to existing HBO Max account (created long time ago, haven't used it with any subscription before).

It keeps giving me error "Please check yoir account info: It looks like yoir account info isn't quite tight or yoi don't have access to Max through this provoder".

Can you please check what is going on?

Good morning davorin, welcome to our Community! I'm happy to check this for you. When exactly do you get this error? If you're logged into Mijn Odido and click on 'Account koppelen’ on this page? Please provide me with a screenshot of the error message, and will look into it and/or forward it to my technical colleagues. I look forward to receiving the screenshot!
