What if I cannot pickup new phone at the store?

Sorry I am not good at Dutch.

I have ordered new iphone 13 pro and expected to have 24th of Sep(today) but there is no call or SMS from t-shop. And I will take a holiday for a month at the other country. 

I May not in the NL for a while from October. In this case, what can I do? I may not receive calls from t-shop and pick up neither.

 

Hopely I have new phone within a week.
