Hi! Yesterday I extended my phone subscription and chose to get a new phone as well. It’s an iPhone 16 Plus Ultramarine. I selected to pick it up from the store, but I cannot find anywhere any estimation on how long this will take. I found here on the forum an article with the estimated times per model, but the 16 Plus is not on that list unfortunately.

With the coming christmas days, delivery is lacking. These phones need to be shipped to the stores. So, if the phone was shown "on stock" on the website, it still could take a week now.

Hello ​@alegos, welcome to our Community! I took a look at your order and I see you chose the Apple iPhone 16 Plus 128GB Ultramarine, good choice! However, since you have chosen to pick it up in our store, the device will have to be shipped from our logistics center to that store. Pricey devices are not located in our stores anymore. This may take up to a few days. For now, it is waiting patiently. As soon as the device is ready for you in our store, you will receive a text message from the store to pick it up!
