Hello @jamiep, welcome to our Community and I'm happy to give you more clarity on this! Currently, for the Apple Watch Ultra 2, we only have the Alpine Band Indigo and the Trail Band gray available. The Milanese band is currently on temporary phase-out. This means that the manufacturer (Apple) cannot indicate if and when the Watch can be delivered with this band. We do not know if and when we can start delivering this Watch with that band. You can wait for this, but we don't know when and how long this will take, sorry! 

Of course, you can always check with another store to see if they have the Apple Watch 2 Ultra with the Milanese band available. If you have any other questions, feel free to ask!
