I read a post in the community written by sander. According to the post, the network issue is already solved. But, I still do not have internet yet. My router keeps saying me ‘Your ISP’s DHCP does not function properly.’

I’ve had this issue since yesterday evening around 23:00 and I still have the same issue.

Try removing the power from your mediaconverter for a few minutes or if DSL then the modem.

Problems in Eindhoven are indeed marked as solved.
