Internet not working

Hello Guys,

Sorry for writing in English. I installed the T-Mobile Zylex modem today but the ‘globe’ light is not switched on. My internet connection was supposed to be activated today. I talked to the customer care and they said that in their system it’s showing that no device is connected.

I got an appointment with a technician for next week, but I am wondering if I am making an obvious mistake and if the issue can be resolved in the meantime. Any tips on this would be helpful.

Hello ukedia,

According to the picture the modem is not connected correctly. You have connected to a RJ45 walloutlet.

You should look in the house for the ISRA point. It should be in the "meterkast" or in de living room. The modem should be connected directly to the ISRA.

Thank you Marcel. It’s fixed now after plugging in the ISRA point.
