Sorry for writing in English. I installed the T-Mobile Zylex modem today but the ‘globe’ light is not switched on. My internet connection was supposed to be activated today. I talked to the customer care and they said that in their system it’s showing that no device is connected.
I got an appointment with a technician for next week, but I am wondering if I am making an obvious mistake and if the issue can be resolved in the meantime. Any tips on this would be helpful.
