We bought new DSL internet. We were supposed to be able to connect to the internet on 09.01.2022. When we talked to customer service, they said they would send technical staff. we had to receive an sms or mail for this. We have received a message as stated in the attachment. When I click on the link, a blank page opens. Although I have internet when I need it most, it is still not available. Can you help with this issue?
