Compensation for service interruption

Hi - sorry this is in English.

I had a fibre service interruption, which was finally fixed this morning, for about a week. When I called the hotline to flag it, I was informed I could buy a SIM card to use it as a hotspot in the meantime. How do I expense this? And how do I claim compensation for degradation of service (a 4G hotspot isn't the same as a wired 1Gbit/s connection)? No way to get through your chatbot or your hotline. Can someone please reach out to me here?

Hi @freichel, welcome to our Community!
Thank you for starting a thread about this. I was going to take care of it for you right away, but then I saw that you had already contacted our customer service and they have refunded you everything. I wish you very good day.
