Activation of home internet

Hi 

 

I have completed the installation process as instructed by the email I received. It stated that my line will be active by 01/02/2020 18:00.

 

The modem and everything is connected but the internet light is not on, it seems that my internet has not been activated. I am not sure if this is the case or if there is something wrong with my connection point?

 

Will someone be able to assist me?

Welcome to the Community, my sincerest apologies for the late reply. We’ve had some technical difficulties regarding topics and such. I see you’ve already contacted our Customer Support! Did you make an appointment with KPN yet?
