Hello team,

I visited the Odido shop in Maastricht today as my connection (data) has not been connecting last week or so.

They informed me for some reason it has been disconnected which I did not request.

 

Please can you check my profile. A few months ago you helped me cancel my internet and keep my mobile plan. Your colleagues in the other request I sent confirmed this kindly.

My mobile was working as usual until last week or so.

Please check and reconnect my mobile, let me know if you need any further info from me.

I can't see any cases of why your subscription has been disconnected or by who. I do see the following: you've chosen a Recycle Deal. There is an open amount for the Recycle Deal of € 156. Did you receive this e-mail from us on 24-02-2025? In this e-mail we inform you about the following: You can sell us back your phone in one of our Shops. In that case you won't have to pay the open amount of € 156. Would you like to keep the phone? That is also possible. In that case you can simply pay the open amount of € 156, and the phone is yours, and I can reconnect your number right away. If you'd like to sell us back the phone, please do this before Sunday the 16th as you have 21 days after receiving this e-mail to do this. You can do this in one of our Shops, and the easiest way to follow up on your reconnection is also with my colleagues in the Shop, because they can reconnect you right after they've solved the Recycle Deal without the phone costs (toestelkrediet). Please let me know what the situation is and what you prefer! 😊

Yes I will pay the 156 remaining. I got a direct debit due on it 24th of march so after this can you reconnect my number please :)
