If this is a new subscription, you will receive a letter with a QR code. If you requested the eSIM through the app for an existing subscription, the QR code will be displayed in your My Odido acount. When you scan it, the eSIM is paired in your device. All you need to do after that is activate it, which can also be done very easily through your My Odido account.
Can you enter your full name, phone number, zip code + house number, date of birth and the last 4 digits of your known bank account number in your profile and let me know when you have done this? Then I can check with you right away!
