Hi,

I send last week the modem and the secondary modem to Odido. But I just received an email saying that I didn't. How is this possible?

I see on the track & trace that the package has been send to us on the 16th of January, I assume it is still on its way. As soon as it arrives, it can take up to six working days for the package to be processed in our system. The e-mail serves as a reminder, but you can ignore this as you have already sent the package back to us. Thank you!
