Modem not taking power - No internet

Hi,

 

I have no internet at home since the modem is not switching on, i have tried to restart it couple of times but there is no light coming out, Can you please check and advise further ?

Hi @Sbalram, handy that you created a topic for this issue! Does the modem not show a single light? In that case I would advise you to press the power button which is a white round button right above the power jack / the input for the power cable.

If it does not work: I was happy to see that a colleague of mine already requested a new modem for you and we are trying our utmost best to get it to you as soon as possible. We’re on it to solve this quickly for you!
