Hi Deniza, welcome to our Community! I completely understand that you want to look into your Internet subscription, and I'm happy to help you with that. I've looked into it and I see 2 subscriptions on your e-mail address: Internet and a mobile subscription. You already have 1 Mijn Odido account where your mobile subscription is linked to. Are you trying to add Internet to that same Mijn Odido account? If yes: That's not possible (yet), because Internet is linked to another name (and birth date) than the mobile subscription:
- Internet is on initial Z with a birth month of October.
- Mobile is on initial K with a birth month of September.
There's 2 things you can do: you can make a seperate Mijn Odido account for Internet. Or you can request 'Contractovername’ this means you will change 1 of the subscriptions to another owner. If the owner for both subscriptions is the same, you can link both subscriptions in 1 Mijn Odido account. If you would like to change the mobile subscription to 'Z’, you can follow the steps on this page: Contractovername | Odido
If you want to change the Internet subscription to owner 'K’, you can request Contractovername as follows: you can send an e-mail to internet@odido.nl with:
- Copy of ID of the old and new contract holder
- Copy of Bank card of the old and new contract holder
- A written statement with signature of the old and new contract holder
- Contact information of the new contract holder (mobile number and e-mail address)
