I have recently renewed my Internet and TV contract with Odido. I am still within 14 days cooling off period and I want to cancel it. From customer service I received different information that some says you cannot cancel and some says you can cancel.
Can please someone clarify this?

Hi @jonnywhite, welcome to our Community! You can use your 15-day cooling-off period, but if the renewal has already taken place, I can't cancel it. This is the case here. Your only option at this point is to cancel the contract. This can be completely free of charge as you are within the 15 days. I just can't reverse it for you.
Today my account charged for 224,29 Euros. Can you tell me when I can expect the return you already mentioned 260,01 and 25,72 as it was previously mentioned. 25,72 was already reported to me on 24th of February and this refund has not been transfered yet as well. Too long time.
Hey @jonnywhite, our customer service team has credited the cost. This may take a few weeks for it to appear on the account but it is coming your way!
It has been 22 days since I was promised a refund within a few weeks, but I have yet to see any amount refunded. While I have been waiting patiently, I must express that the process feels unnecessarily slow.

Usually, it takes about 4 to 6 weeks for the refund to be processed when there are no outstanding bills. Luckily, I see that the final invoice has been drawn up and the refund has been processed on this bill. You’ll soon be able to see the invoice in your Mijn Odido. Around the 24th of April, the refund will be paid out. Depending on your bank this could take up to 5 business days from that starting from that date.

I am writing regarding the payment you were scheduled to process on 24th of April, which was expected to reflect in my account within 5 business days. As today is 2nd of May, the 7th working day, I have yet to receive the payment.
Could you please confirm the status of this transfer and clarify the reasons for the delay? I kindly request you to address this matter urgently, as the payment is overdue.

Hi @jonnywhite, I am sorry to read this. The thing is that I can immediately see that we transferred this amount to your bankaccount on 30-04-2025. The payment has been done! Are you sure you haven't received it, and are you looking at the right bankaccount?
If it is not, please wait 5 business days from the payout date on, so until 07-05-2025. The payment has been done, you wil see this in your bankaccount soon!
